TrueSquare Remodel LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor registered with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries under registration number TRUESRL759QK. Remodeling work is performed by our professional installation crew (subcontractors) under the leadership of owner Serhii Tomilov.

3. Consultations, Estimates, and Contracts

Free On-Site Visits & Estimates: Requesting a free on-site consultation or receiving a written estimate does not create a binding contract and does not obligate the homeowner to hire us or make any payment.

Binding Contracts: All remodeling project terms, scope of work, contract prices, payment schedules, deposits, and warranties are governed exclusively by a separate, formal written contract signed by both parties prior to the start of work.

Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on completed remodeling projects as specified in your signed written contract.
